Home & Mobile Visits

Best Life Wellness offers mobile healthcare for patients who require an in-person visit, but find it difficult to come into the office. Mobile and in-home visits are available for patients residing within Greenwood County. If you have needs for mobile primary care outside of this area, please reach out to us for options. 

 

Best Life Wellness engages in case management for patients who have difficulty accessing care such as homebound adults or those with limited mobility. 

If you have symptoms of a medical emergency such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or suicidal thoughts, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
